Welcome!
We are the youth branch of St. Athanasius Coptic Orthodox Church in Donvale, Victoria.
Established in 2019 from humble beginnings, our membership has now grown to include over 30 regular members from all over Victoria, and boasts a wide variety of new services and facilities.
Since rebranding in early 2021, we have managed to instigate a wide variety of services aimed at servicing our members, our local parish and the broader community.

Our Services.
Friday Night Youth.
The staple of The Apostolic Youth program is our Friday Night Youth meetings every week from 7:30pm. Join us for hymns, games, a spiritual word, and fellowship every Friday!
Be sure to come along and bring a friend or ten! 😊
Fundraising.
Our fundraisers are an awesome opportunity for our youth to get involved in the spirit of fellowship to support our church! This year we ran a super successful ice-cream stall and we hope to do a carwash and sausage sizzle soon!

Community Services.
We believe that as a youth group, it is our responsibility to show God’s love by serving our wider community. So far this year we have served the elderly at the Coptic Hostel and run a Blood Drive. We are constantly on the lookout for new ways to serve, so stay tuned for more ways to get involved!
The Youth Store.
The Youth Store is your one-stop-shop for all things TAY! Here you will be able to purchase items designed and endorsed by The Apostolic Youth - merchandise, books, bibles and much more!
All proceeds go towards helping us maintain our activities and services.
St. Athanasius Tutoring Academy.
A crucial demographic in our church are our younger brothers and sisters in Sunday School. Our aim is to serve these future Apostolic Youth as best we can. In keeping with this, we will be starting a new tutoring program from Feb 7, 2022!

Book Club.
On Wednesday nights we gather together in-person & online to collectively share and contemplate on a variety of different spiritual books. These books can be purchased at The Youth Store or borrowed from the The Apostolic Library at any time!
